Νέα απόκτηση τού Συνδέσμου Απανταχού Αραχωβιτών

Σήμερα μάθαμε ότι ο «Σύλλογος Απανταχού Καρυατών¨» είναι ο καινούργιος ιδιοκτήτης κτιρίου στο κέντρο τής πλατείας του χωριού. Το Κτίριο είναι δυόροφο με μαγαζια στο ισόγειο ένα από τα οποία είναι το Καφενείο τού Λάσσου με πρόσοψη στήν Πλατεία καθώς καί άλλα δυο μαγαζιά με πρόσοψη στόν κεντρικό δρόμο.

Ο Πρώτος όροφος είναι οικιστικός αλλά θα μετατραπή σε γραφεία και σε εκθεσιακό χώρο ώστε να στεγάσει Λαογραφικό Μουσείο τού χωριού. Στίς 12 Αυγούστου, έγινε στην πλατεία του Αγ. Ανδρέα ο ετήσιος χορός του Συλλόγου των Απανταχού Καρυατών της Αθήνας. Ηταν η πρώτη φορά που ο χορός αυτός έγινε στο χωριό και είχε πολύ μεγάλη επιτυχία. Τα έσοδα από τον χορό θα διατεθούν για την δημιουργία τού λαογραφικού Μουσείου στο χωριό.

Today we learned that the “Association of Apantahou Karyaton” is the new owner of a building in the centre of the village square. The building is a two storey building consisting of retail shops on the ground floor one of which is the Lassos Kafeneion facing the plateia as well as two other shops facing the main street. The first floor is residential but will be converted to office and exhibition facilities as a folkloric Museum for the Village. On the 12th August the Association held their annual dance in the Plateia of Ag. Andrea, it was the first time the annual dance of the association was held in the Vilage and was very succesful. The proceeds of the Dance will be allocated for the creation of the folkloric Museum.
